Terms and Conditions
Booking:
All wardrobe and personal shopping services require a 25% non-refundable deposit within 14 days from invoice to secure the booking. The remaining balance is payable on the day of the consultation, or within 14 days following the appointment.
If the deposit has not been paid within 14 days, the appointment will be cancelled and the date offered elsewhere. Deposits are non-transferable.
Colour analysis require a £15 non-refundable deposit payable within 14 days from invoice to secure the booking. The remaining balance, which may include products, is payable on the day of the consultation or within 14 days following the appointment. Deposits are non- transferable.
Gift vouchers require full payment in advance and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Payment:
Payments can be made for all services by bank transfer, cash or cheque. The hourly rate is non-negotiable.
Cancellation Policy:
All services are subject to a £25 non-refundable deposit. Therefore, in the event of a cancellation no refund will be made. If the cancellation is made within 2 weeks of the appointment, there will be a cancellation charge of 50% of a 3 hr appointment. If the appointment is cancelled with 1 week, there will be a 75% cancellation change of a 3 hr appointment. If the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours or on the day, full payment will be charged of a 3 hr appointment.
Gift Certificates are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Rescheduling:
There are times when rescheduling a confirmed booking by a client is necessary. There is no extra charge for this unless it is less than two weeks before the consultation date. If this is the case, there will be an additional charge of £20 per reschedule.
Gift Certificates:
All services are available for Gift Certificates. They are valid for one year from purchase date, however in some circumstances this can be extended. Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
Personal Information:
All personal information taken and any other discussions of a personal nature held before, during and after the consultation are confidential. Personal information will not be shared with any third party for marketing or any other purposes. Any notes that are taken during the sessions will be held on file and will not be shared with any third parties or anyone else without your permission.
