All personal information taken i.e. email address, postal address, mobile and any other discussions of a personal nature held before, during and after the consultation are confidential.  Personal information will not be shared with any third party for marketing or any other purposes.  Any notes taken during an appointment will be held securely on file and will not be shared with any third parties or anyone else without your permission.
